Adam Sandler’s Teen Daughters Look All Grown Up at Premiere: Photo

Adam Sandler’s little girls are all grown up.

The teens — Sunny, 15, and Sadie, 17 — posed with the actor, 57, and their mom, Jackie Sandler, 49, at the premiere of the Big Daddy star’s new animated movie Leo.

Sadie, in a green floor-length dress with sneakers, smiles widely and is just as tall as her mom, while Sunny towers over her 5′ 10″ father.

The Murder Mystery 2 star tells PEOPLE that he’s not sure if his kids will follow him into comedy as they “like the serious stuff.”

“But they’re fun in this movie,” he adds. “They’re light, goofy kids.”

According to Netflix, the musical comedy, which is released Tuesday, tells the story of the last year of elementary school through the eyes of the school’s class lizard called Leo. 

While Adam plays Leo, Sunny and Sadie voice characters called Summer and Jayda, with Jackie lending her voice to Jayda’s mom.

In 2019, Adam spoke about watching Sadie grow up, telling Ellen DeGeneres that listening to his almost teenage daughter talk about boys was tough.

“You know, I drive around with [her and] her friends and I hear them talking about boys now … it’s amazing, the feelings I had about the same boys five years ago. When they would mention the kid’s name, I’d be like, ‘I love that kid.’ Now, I get very jumpy,” he joked.
