Anthony Capraro Obituary, Death – In the North End of Boston, Anthony J. “Tony” Caparrao passed away on November 14th. Dedicated and cherished father to Anthony V. Capraro and his wife Dawn, who reside in Stoneham; Mark Capraro and his wife Jessica, who reside in Austin, Texas; Nora Capraro and her husband Tarik Mahrour, who are in Needham; and Joanna Carry and her husband Adam, who reside in New Orleans, Louisiana.

In addition to being the doting grandfather of Anna, Giovannina, Dorothy, Minka, Brigid, Mateo, and Rocco, he was also the doting grandparent of Noreen Capraro of Needham. Anthony Capraro was the beloved brother of Corinne Flanagan and her husband, Brian, of Winchester, as well as the widow of Paula Capraro, who resided in the North End of Boston. His parents, Vito and Jennie (Pizzano), both passed away before he was born.

He was the loving friend of Janice Gallagher, who passed away, who resided in Cotuit, till the time of her passing. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 21, at 9 AM, beginning at the Dello Russo Funeral Home located at 306 Main Street in Medford. This will be followed by a Funeral Mass that will be held at Saint Leonard’s Church located at 320 Hanover Street in Boston at 10 AM. There is a respectful invitation extended to family members and friends to attend.

At the conclusion of the services, the burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. I will be available for visits on Monday, November 20 from 4 to 8 o’clock. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the Epilepsy Foundation of New England, which can be provided at the following address: 650 Suffolk Street, Suite 405, Lowell, Massachusetts 01854-3694.
