David W. Cook Jr Obituary, Death – Corinth, New York, and Manchester, New Hampshire. Former Corinth resident and Manchester resident David W. Cook Jr., 34, died suddenly on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. His mother, Brenda DuPrey (a native of Glens Falls, NY), and father, David Cook Sr. (Jeanette), are both natives of Corinth. David made a lot of friends and a football team at Corinth Central School. He enlisted in the US Army in 2008, spent two years in Afghanistan, and was medically discharged in 2012. Mount San Jacinto College is where he plans to pursue his education in automobile engineering.

After that, David worked as an auto mechanic at Brattleboro Subaru and VIP Tires & Service. He was an avid Chevrolet fan who also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing video games. David resided in four separate places: Charlestown, New Hampshire; Hemet, California; Fort Bragg, North Carolina; and Corinth, New York. Because of his charming personality, he attracted a sizable fan base. He cares deeply about the people in his life.

Leland Cook, Mary Kingsbury, and Jared Cook were among his forebears who predeceased him. His mother, New Hampshire native Kristen Batistta; his grandmother, Corinth native Charis Cook; and his seven siblings, Amanda Cook, Leland Cook, Autumn Suprey, Desiree Cook, Kaitlyn Whitford, and Milfred Baker, are all still here to remember him. David had a sizable extended family that included numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
On Monday, November 27, 2023, at 4 p.m., Pastor Ernie Wester will preside over a Celebration of Life for David at the Densmore Funeral Home, Inc., located at 7 Sherman Ave., Corinth. On Monday, November 27 from 2 to 4 pm, visitors are welcome at the funeral home. The phrase “Live life to the fullest, take nothing for granted, love hard, and die fast” was a favorite of David’s.
