Romeo Beckham is celebrating his longtime love on her birthday.
The soccer player posted a carousel of sweet photos with his girlfriend, Mia Regan, on Sunday to mark her 21st birthday.
“HAPPY 21st gorgeous girl I love you so much ♥️♥️,” he captioned the post, which included two solo shots of the model as well as a photo of the pair dancing together on a night out. Romeo’s golden doodle puppy was also featured in two of the photos.
The model shared her appreciation for the love as she commented “❤️❤️” on her beau’s post.
Regan shared her appreciation for the love she received on her birthday on her Instagram Story, writing, “Thank you for all the lovely birthday wishes, heart is full of love!! Cheers to 21.”
She also shared a photo of some new ink added to her beau’s already impressive collection of tattoos, as Beckham, 21, got “Mooch” — which is seemingly the model’s nickname, and is featured in her Instagram account handle — tattooed on his right arm, just above his elbow.

The pair have been together since May 2019 and celebrated their four-year anniversary in May.
Romeo — who is following in his father, David Beckham’s, footsteps and plays for Brentford F.C. in the English Premier League — wrote in a tribute on Instagram at the time, “4 years round the world with you xx I love you @mimimoocher 🤍.”
They made their red carpet debut in 2021 at the British Fashion Awards, with Regan admitting that she sought advice from her beau’s expert mother, Victoria Beckham.
“Even just talking about what I’m wearing with her, what nails and make-up I’m going to go for, it’s nice to have that figure,” Regan told Vogue of the fashion designer’s help before the event.
Their first public outing together came several months earlier, at Wimbledon.

Regan and Victoria’s relationship has grown particularly close, and the two collaborated professionally in 2022 as they released a six-piece denim capsule for the Spice Girls alum’s eponymous label.
The fashion designer, 49, told Vogue of her son’s girlfriend, “Mia has always had a unique approach to fashion and styling. I love that she’s fun and not afraid to try new things when it comes to her personal style, which is reflected in the capsule.”
Victoria added, “This capsule is so entirely Mia. And I love that.”

Regan and Romeo reportedly split in July 2022 due to distance, but their separation was brief. Just five months later, Romeo posted with the model on Instagram, indicating that their relationship was back on.
The pair often share their love on social media, and on Romeo’s 21st birthday in September, Regan celebrated her beau with a sweet post.
“HAPPIII BIRTHDAY SWEET RO ROOOOO❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥,” she wrote in the caption as she shared a carousel of loved-up and solo shots of the soccer player. “my love to you = 5eva xxxx Thank you for being the best xxxxx.”
He returned the love, writing in the comments, “I love youuuu ♥️.”
